This dress is a vibrant and sweet design. The upper part of the navy blue fabric is embellished with white polka dots, giving it a retro and playful feel. The lower part is a pure white wrap skirt, simple and elegant, which forms a sharp contrast with the navy blue polka dots on the upper part. The red buttons are the highlight. The red buttons on the upper body echo the buttons of the same color on the back of the skirt. The Hollow to Floor measurement of our standard dresses already includes 2 inches(ca.5 cm) extra to fit high heels.

Usually, you need to add some margin from the garment measurement to the body measurement.
